| Additional costs besides the prices of goods and services |
EGAKU Art Materials are sold exclusively for the use of EGAKU Course participants. EGAKU Art Materials are only available for purchase to those currently enrolled in an EGAKU course.
Shipping fees are applicable for all addresses outside Japan. Once we have confirmed your purchase we will contact you with information regarding additional shipping fees. The goods will be shipped upon completion of payment of any additional shipping fees. Any local customs taxes and import duties incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. |

All fees and cost of goods must be paid in advance. We will email payment amount and payment instructions for additional shipping fees after payment for goods/services We only accept payment by credit card (Visa/MasterCard/American Express). |
| Shipping of goods and provision of services |
Goods: Goods will be shipped within 5 business days after confirmation of payment for all customers who are currently enrolled in an EGAKU Course. For customers who have not yet enrolled in an EGAKU Course, the goods will be shipped once we have confirmed your enrollment in an EGAKU Course. For customers who have purchased the goods in error, we will refund the purchased amount less any transaction fees related to the payment. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Programs and events: Programs and events will be run on the date provided at the time of program/event booking. |
| Cancellation and refunds |
Goods: ・No cancellations, refunds or exchanges of goods accepted after completion of payment. For customers who have purchased the goods in error, we will refund the purchased amount less any transaction fees related to the payment. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. ・In the event the goods delivered are found to be damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We will ensure the swift exchange of goods. In this case, we will cover the costs of returning the goods. ・The pastels in the EGAKU Pastels set may be chipped or irregular in shape - this is completely normal and does not indicate any that the product is damaged or faulty in any way. ・In any event, compensation for any damaged or faulty goods will be capped at the price of the goods in question. ・In the event that the art materials cannot be delivered to the registered delivery address due to an extended period of absence, delivery failure or an incorrect address, and the storage period for the package has been exceeded (7 days from the first attempted delivery date), the package will be returned to us. In the event you request the redelivery of goods to a new address, you will be liable for the delivery costs incurred and we will invoice you accordingly. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Programs and events: ・No refunds or cancellations once you have completed payment for a program or event. ・If you can no longer make a particular session you registered for, you can change the date of your reservation any time up to one day before the session. For more information read the Program Terms & Conditions. ・ In the event our services or products become temporarily unavailable due to a natural disaster or other emergency, server or network issues or other issues beyond our control, our responsibility and liability are limited to offering you alternative session dates. |
