Cancellation Policy

 

  • No refunds or cancellations once you have completed payment for a program.
  • No refunds for TOTSUKITOKA Course at any point after payment has been completed.
  • If you are no longer able to make a session you’ve registered for, you can change your reservation from your account MY PAGE any time up to one day before the registered session. Note if you’re still unsure when you intend to participate, you can change your reservation to "Pending."
  • Due to the nature of the program, it is not possible to join the program halfway through a session or to leave before the end of the session. Participants arriving 15 minutes after the session start time, will be treated as no-shows and will have their reservation automatically cancelled. No refunds will be given to no-shows.
  • If you fail to attend a session 1 year after your original registration date (i.e. your program registration status is "Pending"), we will contact you to confirm your status. In the event we are unable to contact you, your registration will expire.
  • In the event we cancel a session due to a natural disaster or other emergency, we will refund the full amount paid.

Measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19

 
We will be taking the following measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19:

  • We will conduct temperature checks at the venue entrance.
  • To ensure sufficient social distancing, we will limit the number of participants to 16 people per session for the time being.
  • We will open windows to ensure sufficient ventilation, and carry out thorough disinfection of the space.
  • The instructor and staff will be wearing masks.

 
Requests to participants:

  • We ask that all participants wear masks during the session.
  • We ask that you kindly reschedule your reservation if you are feeling unwell.
