Project 1: Chemical company
Description:
・Designed an experience to visualize and share the personal visions of 17,000 employees globally, including the firm leadership.
・Deployed art as a platform for deep and meaningful dialogues about the corporate vision, and key organizational challenges;
・Looking out 50 years into the future - engaging the next generation of leaders to catalyze the process of organizational transformation.

Project 2: Human resource company
Description:
・In parallel with the vision creation initiative led by the project team centered around the firm's leadership, created a platform for
    100 business leaders to personally engage with the corporate vision;
・The firm's top management become more open in the final stage of the formulation of their corporate vision, and connect with
    the vision personally, and share their ideas; ・After the company's split from its parent company, create a sense of solidarity amongst the
    1,200 employees and sense of corporate identity.

Project 3:Manufacturing conglomerate
Description:
・Cultivated a forum for open and honest debate for the senior management and group management team towards the achievement
    of the stretch mid-term business plan;
・Redeployed the artworks created as a tool for communicating the medium term business plan across the firm designed and
    developed internal communication tools;
・Designed outreach dialogue sessions to strengthen the firm's internal communication initiatives.

Project 4: Pharmaceutical firm
Description:
・Created a framework for senior management and 99 business heads to personally connect with the firm's vision and mission,
    and to make a personal commitment by creating artworks;
・Organized exhibitions of the 99 artworks created by employees in the process, at each of the offices and production facilities throughout Japan;
・Designed posters and calendars of the artworks, which were then distributed to all employees;
・Recomposed the artworks into a collage to share with the firm's global leadership and communicate firm wide.

Project 5: Wholesale/Distribution company
Description:
・Created a framework to engender a sense of solidarity amongst the management team as they looked forward to a period of
    management transition;
・Through the artworks created during the process, management engaged with the future vision on a personal level,
    and shared their thoughts with others;
・Designed an interactive platform and tools to enable employees to engage with the corporate vision for the future on a personal level,
    and to share their thoughts/ideas.

Description:
・Designed forum for open and honest debate for the senior management team towards the achievement of the ambitious mid-term business plan;
